One Screen. Every Channel. No Guessing.

Marketing Reporting and Attribution for Auto Repair Shops

If your monthly marketing report is full of impressions and reach, you are being handed a dodge.

Most agency reports are built to look busy, not to be understood.

Twelve pages. Charts about impressions. A number called "reach" that means nothing to a shop with eight bays.

Nowhere on any of those pages does it say how many people called, or what made them call.

Your report should answer one question: what did the money do? Ours fits on one screen and takes about two minutes to read.

WHAT IS ACTUALLY ON YOUR DASHBOARD

No log-in scavenger hunt. No PDF that shows up late. One live screen you can pull up on your phone at the counter.

Calls this month, and where each one came from. Google Ads, Maps, Facebook, your website. Broken out, not lumped together.

Cost per call, by channel. The number that tells you where to move money.

Your best and worst performing ads. Not by clicks. By calls booked.

Where you rank for the searches that matter in your zip codes.

Missed calls and how long callbacks took. The uncomfortable one. It stays on the report.

Trend lines, so you can tell a real change from a normal slow week.

That is it. If a number cannot help you make a decision, it does not go on the screen.

ATTRIBUTION, EXPLAINED WITHOUT THE JARGON

Here is the problem attribution solves.

A driver scrolls past your Facebook ad on a Sunday. Does nothing.

Tuesday, their check engine light comes on. They Google "mechanic near me," see your shop, and call.

What Mechanic Near Me Actually Means to Google

Which channel gets the credit?

Most reporting gives it all to the last click. So Google gets full credit and Facebook gets zero.

Now look what happens next. You see Facebook produced nothing, you cancel it, and your Google results quietly get worse over the following two months. Nobody connects the two.

That is not a hypothetical. It is the single most common way a shop kills a channel that was working.

Attribution follows the whole path, not just the last step. So you can see that the Facebook ad started it and Google finished it, and you stop cutting the wrong thing.

THE REPORT DOES NOT HIDE OUR BAD MONTHS

This part matters more than the software.

When every call is traced to a source, we cannot quietly bury a channel that is not producing. It sits right there on the same screen you are looking at.

That is on purpose. A report you cannot fail is not a report, it is a sales brochure.

So if paid social had a bad month, you will see it, and you will hear from us about what we are changing before you have to ask.

If we cannot show you the number, we have not earned the check.

THE NUMBERS, NOT THE PROMISES

THE NUMBERS, NOT THE PROMISES

We sell math, not adjectives. These are the kinds of moves the dashboard is built to make visible.

An RV service moved its average organic rank from 15.1 to 4.2 in a single indexing cycle, then held that position for seven straight months. Google Business Profile map views grew 51-fold.

The holding part is what the reporting caught. A one-month jump can be luck. Seven months is a position.

That same shop shows something a single-channel report would have missed completely: as paid ads ran, branded searches and direct traffic climbed underneath them. The ads were not just buying clicks. They were teaching the market the shop's name.

You only see that if you are watching all four channels on one screen.

WHERE THIS FITS

Reporting is one of four jobs in the measurement layer.

Where the call data comes from: call tracking →

Making sure the right things get counted: conversion tracking →

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How often does the dashboard update?

It is live. Calls appear as they come in, and ad and ranking data refresh daily. You are not waiting for a report at the end of the month to find out something went wrong on the 3rd.

Do I have to learn software?

No. It is one screen with plain labels, built to be read on a phone. Most owners spend two minutes on it a week. You also get a five minute video walkthrough every Monday, so you can just listen if you would rather not click anything.

What if I do not understand a number?

Ask us, and we will fix the label. If a shop owner has to ask what a metric means twice, the metric is written wrong, not being read wrong.

Can you show revenue, not just calls?

In most cases, yes. Where your shop management software allows it, we match tracked calls to booked jobs so you can see which channels produced actual work. How far we can take that depends on the system you run, and we will tell you straight what is possible with yours.

Why does last-click attribution matter to me?

Because it decides which channel you cancel. Last-click gives all the credit to whatever the customer touched right before calling, which makes early-stage channels look worthless. Cut one of those and your results drop somewhere else two months later, with nothing on the report explaining why.

Do I keep the dashboard if we part ways?

The data sources are all yours, because every account is in your name. You keep your ad accounts, your analytics, and your full call history. Nothing gets wiped and nothing gets held back.
